About The Role
We are looking for a Product Manager Intern to join our EMEA team supporting the TheraSphere Y-90 Therapy portfolio within the Interventional Oncology franchise.
This role is designed for early-career or recent graduates who are eager to develop experience in product management, marketing, and commercial strategy within a fast-paced and innovative medical device environment.
As part of the EMEA Marketing team, you will support a range of downstream product management and marketing activities, gaining exposure to product launches, market development, and stakeholder engagement across multiple countries. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Clinical, Omnichannel and Integrated Marketing Communications, while building a strong understanding of the interventional oncology landscape.

Key Responsibilities
Product Management & Marketing Support:
- Support the execution of product management activities across the TheraSphere portfolio, including product launches and lifecycle management.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials and sales tools to support commercial execution across EMEA.
- Contribute to the creation and localization of campaigns across multiple channels (digital, events, training).
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis (market trends, competitors, reimbursement landscape).
- Support the development of market models and strategic planning documents.
- Analyze customer insights and engagement data to identify growth opportunities.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (Product Marketing, Local Marketing teams, Sales, Clinical, and Business Support) to align on campaigns, events, and training initiatives.
- Support coordination and execution of regional meetings, congresses, and educational programs.
- Collaborate with local teams to understand customer needs and support the development of value propositions.
- Assist in preparing materials for customer interactions and internal presentations.
- Track project progress and support reporting activities using internal tools.
- Ensure all activities comply with Boston Scientific quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Recent graduate (2024/2025/2026) in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Strong interest in medical devices, healthcare, and product management
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus)
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
