L&M Corrugated Container is seeking a Sales Manager Trainee to develop into a future leader responsible for driving top-line revenue growth and leading our sales organization.
This position is designed for individuals with strong sales experience and leadership potential who want to grow into a member of our Executive Team.

Learn the Business & the Industry
- Develop a deep understanding of L&M’s products, manufacturing processes, and customer applications
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Production, and Design teams
- Learn pricing strategy, quoting processes, and cost structures
- Analyze market trends and customer demand
- Assist with managing and developing customer accounts
- Identify opportunities to expand business with existing customers
- Participate in new business development efforts
- Support forecasting and sales planning
- Work alongside company leadership to understand sales strategy
- Observe and support sales team management and development
- Learn how to set performance expectations and hold teams accountable
- Assist with sales performance analysis and reporting
Experience
- 3–5+ years of sales experience (manufacturing or B2B preferred)
- Demonstrated success managing customer relationships
- Leadership potential and interest in managing a sales team
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical mindset with interest in sales performance metrics
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Clear development path to Sales Manager
- Direct exposure to company leadership and strategy
