Job Summary

The Inside Sales Trade Agent plays a vital role in growing trade partner sales for the cruise line by managing Trade sales leads, qualifying opportunities, and following up with travel partners who have participated in webinars, trade shows, FAM trips, and other events, in close collaboration with the Field Sales Directors. This role is instrumental in building strong travel partner relationships, driving revenue growth, and enhancing the overall effectiveness of the field sales organization.


Key Responsibilities

Sales Operations & Lead Management

  • Reach out to B2B leads to offer assistance in selling Swan Hellenic. This can take the form of scheduling trainings, webinars, assist with any question they may have with a perspective guest.
  • Determine agency type, potential revenue, and appropriate routing. Accurately classify leads (e.g., verified TA, prospect, duplicate, already existing account) and update CRM records accordingly.
  • Identify and escalate high‑value opportunities to the appropriate BDM or sales leader.
  • Review and qualify all Digital Travel Agent leads to confirm authenticity, agency affiliation, and business potential.
  • Conduct research to verify agency credentials, including cross‑checking internal systems, industry databases, and external resources.

Requirements

· Based in U.S., legally authorized to work in the U.S.
