Role Description
This is a part-time, remote Administrative Assistant Bookkeeper role based in the Greater Syracuse-Auburn Area. In this role, you will manage day-to-day administrative and bookkeeping tasks, including preparing financial statements, handling journal entries, and managing accounting software. The position involves assisting in financial operations, maintaining organized financial records, and supporting general administrative duties.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Statements and creating accurate reports
- Experience in Bookkeeping and Journal Entries (Accounting)
- Proficiency with Accounting Software and general Finance-related tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in an administrative support role is beneficial
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
