Hiring: Senior Business Analyst – Finance (10+ Years Experience)
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst – Finance with strong expertise in financial systems, business process analysis, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate should have experience working with finance teams, gathering business requirements, and delivering enterprise-level solutions in fast-paced environments.
Required Skills:

- BRD, FRD, Use Cases, User Stories
- SQL & Data Analysis
- Agile/Scrum Methodologies
- Stakeholder & Client Management
- Process Mapping & Gap Analysis
- UAT Coordination & Documentation
- Excel, Power BI/Tableau
- Jira, Confluence
Preferred:
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance domains
- Knowledge of financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and compliance
- Experience working with ERP systems like SAP/Oracle
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Experience:
- Minimum 10+ years of overall IT/Business Analysis experience
- Strong recent experience in Finance domain projects required
