Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM


Duration: 03 Months Contract Opportunity with Possible Extension


Position Overview:


We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant II to provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership within a fast-paced entertainment industry environment. This role will primarily support EVP-level executives, including the EVP and Chief Financial Officer of the DTC Segment, while also assisting with executive coverage, calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and special projects.


Key Responsibilities


Executive Support



  • Provide high-level administrative support to EVP and senior executive leadership teams.

  • Manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating across multiple time zones.

  • Coordinate domestic travel arrangements, meeting logistics, conference rooms, and executive schedules.

  • Prepare meeting materials, presentations, agendas, and executive documentation.

  • Screen, prioritize, and manage incoming communications including emails, calls, and meeting requests.

  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts and operational issues.


Event Planning & Project Coordination



  • Support planning and coordination for the Streaming Finance Annual Meeting scheduled for June 3-4.

  • Assist with event logistics, vendor coordination, scheduling, meeting preparation, and attendee support.

  • Manage project timelines, task tracking, and administrative deliverables related to executive initiatives and special projects.

  • Provide leave coverage and vacation coverage support for executive assistants and leadership teams.


Stakeholder & Relationship Management



  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

  • Collaborate with executives, finance teams, administrative staff, and cross-functional departments including HR, Legal, and IT.

  • Build strong working relationships with leadership teams and external business partners.


Administrative & Office Support



  • Ensure smooth day-to-day executive office operations and administrative workflow management.

  • Coordinate virtual meetings using platforms including Teams and Zoom.

  • Assist with office coordination, document management, scheduling tools, and administrative reporting.

  • Support specialized executive projects and additional administrative responsibilities as assigned.


Confidentiality & Professionalism



  • Handle sensitive executive and business information with a high degree of discretion and integrity.

  • Exercise sound judgment and professionalism in all executive communications and interactions.

  • Maintain accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.


Required Qualifications



  • 2+ years of experience supporting senior executives within large corporate or complex organizational environments.

  • Prior entertainment industry experience required; previous experience with or related subsidiaries preferred.

  • Strong experience managing executive calendars, scheduling, travel coordination, and meeting planning.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in high-pressure environments.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Experience supporting executives independently with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, handle interruptions, and adapt to changing business needs.

Preferred Qualifications



  • Prior or entertainment/media industry experience

  • Experience supporting C-Suite or EVP-level executives

  • Event planning and executive meeting coordination experience

  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume executive support environment
