Today, we're a team of 11 (and growing) based in central Stockholm, backed by Wallenberg Investments AB, and we work with some of the Nordics' leading enterprises across a variety of industries.
About the role
Canucci is scaling its enterprise business in parallel with the growth of our AI product, evolving towards a scalable SaaS offering. We are building a new way to drive strategy implementation with the help of AI — one that is more inclusive, execution-focused, and that helps strategies actually come to life across the organization.
We are looking for an Enterprise Lead who takes full ownership of the enterprise solution (reporting to our CFO & Head of Strategy), from shaping how our offering supports clients in strategy implementation (collaborating with our CTO and Head of Product, feeding that into product development), especially delivering and expanding together with our Head of Growth to our largest accounts (some of the Nordics’ largest and global organizations).
This is a key role for someone who wants to operate at the intersection of building the future of strategy implementation and scaling an enterprise business, shaping how change is driven in practice at our customers.
Responsibilities & impact
- Shape how we accelerate strategy implementation: Actively contribute to how Canucci develops its strategy implementation methodology by translating your own and client experience into concrete input for the product team. You help define how change management is integrated into the product with our CTO and Head of Product, while also shaping the enterprise offering together with the Head of Strategy, CEO, and Head of Growth. Success is measured by how well your client work translates into concrete improvements in our product and enterprise offering. Success means that you consistently capture improvements in how we accelerate strategy implementation with our enterprise clients, and translate them into our product and offering.
- Shape product usage at enterprise accounts: Own enterprise account plans and how strategy implementation is driven within client organizations with the help of our product — from initial setup to execution. You co-create transformation plans with leadership teams, facilitate key discussions, scope the work, lead the deliveries to the clients and ensure it leads to real, measurable impact. Success means ensuring the right product usage drives the measurable impact committed to the enterprise account.
- Build and drive the enterprise business: Own and expand enterprise accounts end-to-end with ambitious growth targets. You take long-term ownership of relationships, drive expansion and recurring revenue, and ensure continuous business value for the client. Together with the Head of Growth, you identify new enterprise opportunities and contribute across the full sales cycle — from first contact to closed deal — with a strong focus on value-based selling. The goal is to build a high-quality pipeline and a scalable, repeatable enterprise model. Success is measured by growth in enterprise account revenue.
Who you are
- Background in strategy implementation, transformation, or change management, with experience in project management, facilitating discussions, and driving change in practice — including hands-on experience tackling the “scaling problem”: building organization-wide engagement, enabling leaders to lead effectively, and capturing input quickly. And you are excited about figuring out how to “hack” the traditional way of doing things using new technology.
- Experience navigating complex organizations with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to build trust and credibility at senior (C-level) levels, with clear and confident communication
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to sell based on business value in enterprise environments, spot opportunities, and drive them forward
- You are humble with a doer mentality and are ready to roll up your sleeves to get the job done. You are driven, curious, a good listening and ownership-oriented, comfortable in a fast-moving and evolving environment.
