We're Hiring: Short-Term Rental Property Manager
Are you passionate about hospitality, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing short-term rental properties? We want you on our team!
We are looking for a driven and organised STR Property Manager to oversee our growing portfolio of short-term rental properties and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing day-to-day operations of STR properties across platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com)
- Overseeing guest communications from inquiry to checkout and review
- Coordinating cleaning, maintenance, and turnovers between stays
- Optimizing listings, pricing strategies, and occupancy rates
- Monitoring property performance and preparing reports
- Ensuring properties meet quality standards and compliance requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in short-term rental or property management
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with STR platforms and tools (Airbnb, Guesty, PriceLabs, etc.)
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
