Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Our partner is a dynamically growing, IT solutions-focused FINTECH company, primarily (but not exclusively) serving financial institution clients. We are looking for an AI Developer to join their expanding team.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing robust, scalable, and easily maintainable solutions in SaaS environments.
• Developing intelligent, context-aware applications using modern frameworks and vector-based databases.
• Prompt engineering and fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) for efficient and accurate performance.
• Developing AI-powered chatbots and assistants using Python and OpenAI APIs.
• Designing and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
• Key technologies: LLM APIs: Claude, OpenAI, AWS Bedrock; Agent Frameworks: Claude Agent SDK, OpenAI Codex SDK, pydantic-ai; Databases: Neo4j graph database; Development environment: Python, FastAPI.

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in Python development.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with LLM APIs and agent frameworks.
• Experience in developing RAG systems and working with vector-based databases.
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to work in a team.
