Location: Denver, CO

Compensation: $25.00–$30.00+/hr + Vehicle Allowance + Gas Card + Benefits

Support Commercial HVAC Projects from Planning Through Execution

An established commercial mechanical services organization is seeking a Project Coordinator to support project operations, scheduling, procurement, and customer coordination efforts.

This role works closely with project teams, operations, sales, vendors, and customers to help ensure projects move efficiently, contractual commitments are met, and customers receive a high level of service throughout project execution.

The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, enjoys managing multiple priorities, and thrives in a fast-paced environment supporting construction and mechanical projects.

Responsibilities:

• Support project turnover and ongoing project execution

• Coordinate scheduling, permitting, and project activities

• Assist with equipment and material procurement

• Support subcontract administration and documentation

• Monitor project workflow and support operational coordination

• Maintain communication with customers, vendors, and internal teams

• Help support project financial and customer service objectives

• Identify opportunities to improve project efficiency and coordination

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years experience in HVAC, construction, engineering, or related industries preferred

• Experience supporting project coordination or operations activities

• Procore experience preferred

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Experience building relationships across teams and customers

• Microsoft 365 experience preferred

• High School diploma or GED

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
