What You’ll Do
Working closely with sales staff you analyze customer needs and develop detailed, accurate quotes by pricing materials and collaborating. Once quotes are issued, you’ll follow up with customers, assess project timelines, and convert opportunities into orders by entering data into LaForce systems. Throughout each project, you’ll serve as the primary communication link—keeping customers informed on timelines, delivery dates, and product availability while resolving questions or issues as they arise. You’ll coordinate across departments and vendors to ensure projects move forward smoothly and on schedule.
What You’ll Bring
Ideally, you will have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, such as 1-2 years in project coordination or a related field. 2-5 years of military experience is considered as a substitute for relevant professional experience. Success in this role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once. You should be proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable working with a wide range of personalities—both internally and externally. Strong communication skills (phone and electronic) are essential, along with the ability to interpret customer needs and clearly present information.
