We're looking for a passionate eCommerce Business Development Manager to join our eCommerce team reporting to the eCommerce General Manager.


You will build strong partner ecosystems, optimise promotional planning, and strengthen long-term channel competitiveness.


Our eCommerce Business Development Manager will develop and execute D2X channel strategies, acquire and manage strategic partners, and drive sustainable revenue growth across corporate, education, government, and SMB segments.


What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute D2X channel strategies by platform and customer group.
  • Plan monthly and quarterly sales and marketing initiatives by platform and segment.
  • Coordinate promotional activities, bundle offers, and exclusive campaigns for D2X channels.
  • Develop M+6 promotional plans and improve M+3 sales plan accuracy.
  • Establish strategic partnerships to support customer acquisition and channel expansion.
  • Resolve commercial and operational issues and manage escalations.
  • Monitor sales performance by partner, product, and campaign.
  • Continuously refine partnership strategies based on data and insights.

  • Analysis and reporting ability.

  • Deep understanding of D2C fulfillment processes and optimization.


About You

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing or equivalent.
  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar position with hands-on experience with eCommerce platforms.
  • Great communicator with excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Good knowledge of retail sales and go-to-market initiatives as well as digital channels.
