AP/AR Bookkeeper

In this role, you will manage the full cycle of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable while ensuring strict compliance with local financial regulations. The ideal candidate brings at least 5 years of experience, a strong background in Priority and Quick books, knowledge of Israeli tax authority requirements, and outstanding English communication skills.
What You’ll Do:
- Master the AP cycle: Vendor onboarding, collecting tax documents, registering invoices, and uploading payments.
- Own the AR flow: Generate invoices and keep our incoming payments healthy and proactive.
- Maintain financial clarity through daily bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Collaborate directly with the Senior Bookkeeper Team Lead on month-end and year-end close processes.
- Keep our records audit-ready within Priority and QuickBooks.
- Manage US bookkeeping: Collect 1099 forms, process ACH payments, and collaborate with vendors.
What You Bring:
- Proven Track Record: 5+ years of AP/AR experience.
- Expert-level Priority and QuickBooks skills (NetSuite is a major plus).
- Excel Proficiency: Excellent, advanced Excel skills are a strict requirement.
- Local Compliance: Proven experience working with and reporting to Israeli tax authorities.
- Familiarity with Financial system: Mesh, Dokka,Bill
- Language Skills: Excellent English (both written and verbal) is a must.
