A top mechanical contractor in New Hampshire is seeking a seasoned Director of Mechanical Operations to oversee project delivery, strategic planning, and operational excellence. This executive-level role will lead multiple teams and help guide the company's continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project management teams and oversee operational performance
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and profitability
  • Support business development and major client relationships
  • Oversee staffing, training, and workforce development initiatives
  • Participate in strategic planning and long-term organizational goals
  • Support preconstruction efforts and major pursuits

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of progressive mechanical construction leadership
  • Strong background in HVAC/piping project delivery
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage multi-project operations
  • Strong financial, strategic, and communication skills
  • Experience within a mechanical contractor or similar construction environment

Benefits

Compensation: $140,000- $170,000
