Description

We are looking for a Laboratory Director to lead our full service clinical laboratory.

What You'll Do

• Oversee inpatient and outpatient lab functions
• Perform project/service research
• Develop goals to ensure the highest possible level of patient and referring physician satisfaction
• Develop a strategic plan to meet the needs of the community and grow the service line
• Oversee coordination of test processing across all entities of Memorial Health
• Create innovative staffing models
• Coordinate clinical training of technical college students in the laboratory

• Blood Bank
• Microbiology

What You'll Bring/Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Medical Technology with two (2) years experience in laboratory management and infection control, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Medical Technologist (American Society for Clinical Pathology) certification.
