Role Description
The Sales Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dawsonville, GA. In this role, you will focus on providing exceptional customer experiences by building relationships with prospective buyers, guiding them through the sales process, and recommending vehicles that meet their needs. Daily responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, conducting product presentations, test drives, and negotiating sales agreements. You will also stay informed of the latest product offerings, financing options, and automotive market trends.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure effective interactions with clients and colleagues.
- Hands-on experience in Sales and the ability to guide customers through the purchasing process.
- Capable of providing Training and support to team members to meet sales objectives effectively.
- Knowledge of Sales Management principles to contribute to overall team success.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site work environment.
- Ability to accurately document sales activities and maintain detailed vehicle and client records.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
- Previous experience in the automotive industry or retail sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
