I’m working with a YC-backed AI/SaaS company building a new category in sales technology. Their platform functions as a Sales Performance OS, analyzing and scaling top-performer behavior to help enterprise sales teams operate at a significantly higher level. They’ve recently raised a $15M Series A, are valued at around $90M, and are currently scaling rapidly (~20% month-over-month growth).

The Role

They’re looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to join their on-site team in San Francisco, helping build and scale a high-performance, AI-driven platform used by enterprise sales organizations.

What you’ll do

• Build and ship end-to-end features using React / Next.js, TypeScript, and Node (NestJS)
• Design responsive, high-quality UIs using TailwindCSS
• Integrate backend services powered by Python FastAPI for ML workflows
• Own performance, scalability, and code quality across the stack
• Work closely with founders and early engineers in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
