Engineering Manager

Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team responsible for Card Processing, scaling systems, strengthening reliability, and growing technical and human capabilities.

Requirements

- Experience leading and managing high performing engineers in a distributed environment. - Proven track record of building and running reliable backend systems, ideally in Java (Spring Boot) on AWS. - Experience managing systems with strict SLAs, observability, and traceability. - Excellent communication in English, with the ability to align teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders. - Curiosity and a growth mindset, especially towards the card issuing and payments domain.
