Senior Supply Chain Manager

Role Description

This is a senior leadership role for a Senior Supply Chain Manager responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations, optimizing logistics and procurement processes, and ensuring efficient inventory and distribution management. The Senior Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for developing supply chain strategies, monitoring operational performance, coordinating with suppliers and internal departments, and driving continuous improvements to enhance efficiency, cost control, and service quality. Additional responsibilities include managing procurement planning, overseeing inventory management, analyzing supply chain data, preparing operational reports, and ensuring smooth coordination across warehousing, transportation, and distribution activities. The role also involves identifying operational risks, improving workflow processes, supporting vendor management, and ensuring alignment between supply chain operations and business objectives. The position requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage complex operational environments effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of supply chain management, logistics operations, procurement, and inventory control principles

• Knowledge of warehouse operations, transportation coordination, and distribution management processes

• Ability to develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve operational performance and efficiency

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to operational detail and cost optimization

• Familiarity with supply chain systems, ERP platforms, reporting tools, and inventory management software

• Ability to manage supplier relationships, operational priorities, and cross-functional coordination effectively

• Strong understanding of forecasting, demand planning, and operational risk management concepts

• Ability to analyze supply chain data and identify process improvement opportunities

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple operational initiatives and deadlines efficiently

• Professional attitude, adaptability, and commitment to maintaining high operational standards and efficiency
