Sales Account Executive

Base Salary: $60,000 + Uncapped Commission (after training)

What You’ll Do

• Build and grow a book of business through proactive outbound outreach and relationship‑building
• Negotiate pricing and service agreements with shippers and carriers
• Manage daily freight movements and quickly resolve issues to ensure on‑time pick up and delivery
• Develop long‑term client relationships rooted in trust, transparency, and results
• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities
• Collaborate closely with internal operations and leadership teams

Training & Compensation

• Base salary of $60,000
• Comprehensive paid training program (typically up to 12 months)
• Commission eligibility begins after successful completion of training
• Uncapped earning potential with clear performance expectations and growth opportunity
