(Junior) Management Consultant with Business Modelling skills (m/f/d)

As Junior Management Consultant you will be contributing to CGIs project success, while supporting our clients and senior executives on Business Case, decision papers, marketing & sales material as well as business modelling.

Your future duties and responsibilities

As a (Junior) Management Consultant you will perform project work packages

independently and contribute to the overall project success:

• Proof of concepts including business case modelling and numerical support of business

decisions on strategic, tactic and operational levels

• Development of conceptual solutions in different functions (IT, Finance, HR, Sales &

Marketing, Procurement)

• Business implementation of approved solutions
• Business development (support of senior executives with presentations and marketing

material)

• Knowledge sharing and personal development

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Very good communication and presentation skills, ability to communicate with different levels

across organizational structures

• Independent good structured thinker with proactive approach
• Orientation on results
• Time and stress management
• Fluency in German & English language (mandatory)
• Team player Education and Experience
• Completed studies (Master's degree)
• Project work experience in (IT) - consulting company, strategy/project unit of a blue chip

organization or start up ( not mandatory for Junior position)

• Good IT backround
• International work/study exposure
• Interest to develop know how in different industries
