EXECUTIVE - R & D

• Responsibilities:
• Conduct research and development activities for Drymix Mortars, Cement-Based Systems, Epoxy Grouts, and Adhesives.
• Develop and optimize formulations for tile adhesives, grouts, repair mortars, self-leveling compounds, and plaster systems.
• Perform performance testing on epoxy grout formulations and other developed products.
• Monitor and control rheology, setting time, strength development, and durability of products.
• Ensure compliance with IS/ASTM/EN standards, EHS, IMS documentation, and laboratory best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for new product development and improvement of existing products.
• Requirements:
• 2-5 years of experience in research and development of cementitious products.
• Hands-on experience in Drymix Mortars, Cement-Based Systems, Epoxy Grouts, and Adhesives.
• Strong knowledge of cement chemistry, SCMs, additives, polymers, and mineral admixtures.
• Familiarity with plant-scale drymix manufacturing processes and QC parameters.
• Exposure to relevant standards and regulations in the industry.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Skills:
• Hands-on experience in Drymix Mortars, Cement-Based Systems, Epoxy Grouts, and Adhesives.
• Knowledge of tile adhesives, grouts, repair mortars, self-leveling compounds, and plaster systems.
• Understanding of epoxy grout formulations and performance testing.
• Familiarity with rheology control, setting time adjustment, and strength development.
• Exposure to IS/ASTM/EN standards and EHS/IMS documentation.
