Nursing Home Concierge

Avalon Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a warm, professional, and customer service–driven Concierge to be the welcoming face of our facility. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, creating positive first impressions, and supporting residents, families, and visitors in a healthcare setting.

As Concierge, you will play a key role in enhancing the overall experience within our center by providing exceptional service, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring a friendly and supportive environment for everyone who walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities of Concierge

• Greet and welcome residents, families, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
• Serve as the first point of contact and provide general information about the facility
• Answer phones, direct calls, and assist with inquiries in a timely manner
• Assist with visitor check-in procedures and ensure adherence to facility guidelines
• Support residents and families with non-clinical requests and concerns
• Coordinate communication between departments as needed
• Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front lobby environment

Qualifications For Concierge

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior customer service, hospitality, or receptionist experience preferred
• Experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills required
