Your Daily Tasks

• Research potential candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and online sources
• Identify suitable candidates for roles such as Registered Managers, Care Managers, Deputy Managers, and Field Care Supervisors
• Record and organize candidate information in Zoho Recruit and spreadsheets
• Support candidate outreach through LinkedIn and email campaigns
• Track candidate responses and update recruitment pipelines
• Support recruitment campaigns by building candidate lists and assisting with candidate screening
• As the role develops, assist with candidate shortlisting and support larger recruitment campaigns

• LinkedIn
• Job boards (Indeed, Reed, CV Library, TotalJobs)
• Zoho Recruit CRM
• Google Sheets / Excel
• AI tools such as ChatGPT for productivity support

Future Responsibilities

• Conduct initial candidate screening calls
• Support interview scheduling
• Manage parts of the recruitment pipeline
• Support larger recruitment sourcing campaigns

The Qualifications We Seek

• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment support, talent sourcing, or similar roles
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills
• Proven experience using LinkedIn and job boards for candidate sourcing
• Excellent research, data organization, and attention to detail
• Comfortable managing spreadsheets and recruitment data
• Tech-savvy with ability to learn CRM and sourcing tools quickly
• Able to work independently in a remote, structured environment
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Zoho Recruit or similar systems is an advantage
• Experience supporting UK-based recruitment or knowledge of the UK job market is preferred
• Exposure to outreach campaigns, lead generation, or candidate engagement is a plus
• Willingness to create and maintain a professional LinkedIn profile for sourcing activities

Shift: Day Shift, Monday to Friday (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM UK), Weekends Off
