We are looking for a Medical Representative to join our N. Macedonia organization. This role will be responsible for engaging with healthcare professionals, managing relationships with doctors and pharmacists and executing promotional strategies in alignment with company objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Faculty of Pharmacy, Medicine or Dentistry)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in therapeutic areas, will be preferred
- Experience in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare-related industries is preferred,
- Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint,
- Valid driver’s license,
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills,
- High learning agility and adaptability,
- Customer-focused mindset with a solution-oriented approach,
- Excellent planning, organizational, and analytical skills,
- Eligibility for a sales-oriented role with a proactive approach.
Job Description:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with physicians, pharmacists and clinics,
- Identify key target groups, analyze potential, and develop strategic visit plans,
- Provide accurate and up-to-date medical and product information to healthcare professionals,
- Execute promotional activities in line with marketing strategies,
- Monitor and report market dynamics, customer feedback, and competitor insights,
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies,
- Collaborate closely with the Regional Manager to align on strategy and reporting.
