Full-time hybrid Social Media Strategist positions working 3 days in the office (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) and 2 days from home (Tuesday, Thursday).


JOB SUMMARY

Alert 360 is seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Strategist to elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. This role goes beyond posting—it’s about shaping conversations, engaging audiences, and building culture around home security. The ideal candidate will be a storyteller, strategist, and content creator who thrives in a fast-paced environment.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and manage content calendars across social media platforms including Meta, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X
  • Create original content, including short-form video, reels, interviews, GIFs, memes, and eye-catching graphics
  • Execute and optimize paid social media campaigns across Meta and TikTok for engagement and conversions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to spotlight employees, showcase customer stories, and drive brand engagement
  • Monitor trends, audience engagement, and analytics—making data-driven strategy adjustments
  • Lead on-the-ground content creation, conducting interviews and capturing authentic moments
  • Occasionally represent the brand on camera in stories or video content
  • Proactively pitch innovative content ideas to drive engagement and lead generation.


JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of experience in social media strategy, content creation, and paid ad management
  • A strong portfolio showcasing video work, graphic design, and ad creative (please include links)
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Business, and other paid media tools
  • Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
  • An outgoing, creative personality, you enjoy working with people, telling stories, and making content fun
  • Knowledge of best practices for growing B2C brands through social channels
  • Basic video editing proficiency (Premiere, CapCut, or similar tools)
  • A proactive self-starting mindset with a knack for generating fresh ideas
  • Experience in a security, tech, or service industry brand, preferred
  • Comfort with light on-camera appearances for brand storytelling, preferred
  • Background in photography and drone footage production, preferred
