We’re looking for a sharp, product-driven Product Manager who knows how to turn messy real-world problems into scalable products used by thousands of businesses every day.
What You’ll Do
- Own products end-to-end — from idea to production
- Write clear PRDs, user stories, flows, and acceptance criteria
- Work closely with Engineering, QA, Design, Support, Sales, and real merchants
- Translate operational and business pain points into scalable product solutions
- Define UX flows, permissions, reporting logic, and operational processes
- Drive roadmap execution and product delivery
- Analyze product usage, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve the platform
- Help shape products across POS, Payments, Commerce, Loyalty, Shipping, AI Reports, Accounting, and Back Office systems
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of Product Management experience
- Strong analytical and system-thinking skills
- Experience writing detailed product specifications
- Understanding of SaaS, Fintech, Payments, POS, ERP, Ecommerce, or operational systems
- Ability to work directly with technical teams and business stakeholders
- High attention to detail without losing the big picture
- Strong communication skills in Hebrew and English
Big Advantage If You Have
- Experience with payment systems or fintech products
- Experience with retail, POS, ecommerce, inventory, or accounting systems
- Technical background or ability to understand APIs, databases, and integrations
- Experience working in fast-moving startup environments
