The Role
We’re looking for a Growth Manager early in their career, hungry, sharp, and execution-focused.
This is not a narrow role. You’ll work across product marketing, content, brand, social, CRM, and demand generation, owning real outcomes and helping build the GTM engine from the ground up.
You’ll work closely with leadership, product, sales, and partners, with direct impact on pipeline and revenue.
A core part of this role is using AI tools to build and scale marketing processes, content, and workflows, not experimenting, but actually building.
What You’ll Do
Product Marketing- Turn product capabilities into clear, compelling messaging, landing pages, and assets
Content & Writing- Create high-quality content across channels, LinkedIn, website, emails, case studies, and more
CRM & Lifecycle- Build and optimize email flows, lead nurturing, segmentation, and lifecycle stages
Social & Creative- Execute and grow our social presence (primarily LinkedIn), including posts, visuals, and short-form content
Demand Generation- Support inbound and outbound campaigns, with a focus on driving qualified pipeline
Creative Execution- Work on ads, landing pages, and creative assets, fast iterations, high output
Sales & Enablement- Build decks, one-pagers, case studies, and materials that help close deals
Events & Partnerships- Support planning and execution of events, conferences, and partner initiatives
Cross-functional Work- Partner closely with product, sales, and partnerships to align messaging, campaigns, and execution
AI-Driven Execution- Build and optimize marketing workflows using AI tools
Create scalable systems for content production, campaign execution, and lead generation
Continuously test and improve outputs using AI
What We’re Looking For:
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B SaaS, in growth, marketing, or product marketing
- Strong writing and communication skills in English
- Highly execution-oriented, you move fast and ship consistently
- Comfortable working across multiple areas, not a “specialist only” mindset
- Familiarity with HubSpot & Claude
- Independent, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
- Proven experience using AI tools to build marketing processes, assets, and workflows, not just prompting, actually shipping systems
- Someone sharp, kind, low ego, good energy, and genuinely enjoyable to work with, in and out of the office
Qualifications:
- Expertise in Growth Marketing and experience creating and executing strategies to drive business growth.
- Strong skills in Project Management to oversee multiple marketing initiatives and ensure timely completion.
- Experience with Marketing Automation platforms to streamline and scale marketing operations.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a data-first approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across teams and align marketing objectives with business goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
