Role Overview

We’re looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to own and build Grain’s brand - across how we look, sound, and show up. This is a hands-on role for someone with strong taste and attention to detail, who can translate ideas into execution. You’ll work across teams to shape a clear, consistent brand and bring it to life across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Grain’s brand strategy and positioning.
• Define and maintain our messaging, tone, and visual identity.
• Own and continuously improve the company website as a core brandasset.
• Translate product and company priorities into clear, compelling narratives.
• Lead brand initiatives such as sponsorships, events, and partnerships.
• Work closely with design, content, and external agencies to execute at a high bar.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all brand touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Experience in brand, marketing, or content roles (B2B – advantage).
• Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
• Ability to take ownership and execute independently.
• Clear, structured thinking and strong communication skills.
• Experience working with external vendors oragencies.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
