Day-to-day duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Learning relationship development, sales skills, product knowledge, inventory management, company computer systems, processes, and procedures.
- Creating and conducting effective presentations (company profile, product roadmap, and value proposition) that inspire prospective customers to partner with the company.
- Answering customers' questions about products, prices, and availability.
- Meeting all sales objectives and handling all aspects of completing the sale process, including paperwork.
- Managing good business relationships, providing prompt customer service, and increasing customer satisfaction.
- Assists with developing sales and market projections, and monitoring the selling and pricing structure of materials daily to ensure maximum profits.
- Managing all communication with customers, including the resolution of conflicts, orders, and returns, and recommending solutions.
- Work closely and lead communication with the project management team and customers to identify the quality standards and expectations.
- Resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history, identifying alternate means for filling orders, and notifying managers and customers.
- Report to the Senior Director of Sales, providing regular status updates on all account activities.
Compensation included the base salary listed on the requisition, plus a KPI based bonus.
