We’re building a fashion brand driven by content, culture, and creators and we’re looking for someone who understands influencer marketing beyond just numbers.

If you know how to scout the right creators, build strong relationships, negotiate smartly, and turn collaborations into high-performing content, this role is for you.

What You’ll Own

• End-to-end influencer marketing execution - from scouting creators to campaign execution and content delivery
• Build and scale influencer networks across nano, micro, macro & celebrity creators
• Execute barter, affiliate, PR gifting, and paid collaborations
• Source creators who genuinely align with the brand aesthetic and audience
• Negotiate commercials and convert paid collaborations into performance-driven barter/affiliate models wherever possible
• Coordinate shoots, creator briefs, timelines, approvals, and content rollouts
• Manage influencer relationships long-term, not just one-time deals
• Track campaign performance, engagement, reach, conversions & ROI
• Stay ahead of fashion/content trends and identify emerging creators early
• Work closely with the founders and creative team to shape campaigns that feel organic and culturally relevant

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing for fashion and lifestyle brands
• Strong influencer database and existing creator relationships
• Understanding of Instagram, reels, creator trends, and fashion content performance
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Someone resourceful who can execute impactful campaigns even with lean budgets
• Ability to manage multiple creators and campaigns simultaneously
• Fast execution mindset with strong ownership

Bonus If You’ve

• Worked on celebrity placements or stylist pullouts
• Managed PR gifting campaigns
• Converted creators from paid to barter/affiliate models successfully
• Worked with fashion founders/fast-paced startups
• Helped scale creator-led performance campaigns
