Regional Key Account Manager 区域大客户经理（上海/南京/杭州）

该职位来源于猎聘 Accountabilities： 1、Lead KA team to achieve annual hospital access and safety running target in region. 2、Well understand KA strategy and adapted to local hospital access and safety running strategy & action plan. 3、Lead team to implement hospital access & safety running activities and follow up with high quality. 4、Coach and develop KA team professionalism continuously. 5、Key decision maker and association engagement in region. 6、Closely cooperate with cross functions in region to support hospital access. Knowledge/ Academic Qualification: 1、Bachelor degree or above, Medicine or Business Administration related major preferred. Skills: 1、Strong management skills. 2、Good reading and writing in both Chinese and English. 3、Strong network in the field. Experience: 1、Sufficient and related working achievement and at least 5 years experiences in related field. 2、KA management experience preferred. Competency： 1、Strong leadership with teamwork spirit. 2、Strong communication and collaboration skills. 3、Strong business sense, market understanding and strategic thinking. 4、Performance oriented. 5、Strong ability to establish good business network.
