- Operations and Logistics
- Manage the annual conference logistics and project
- Meet conference attendance and revenue goals
- Interface with all internal and external stakeholders at regular intervals
- Manage and administer all conference-related databases and software (e.g., BehaviorLive)
- Provide superior customer support to all conference attendees, exhibitors, presenters, and VIPs
- In collaboration with the Operations Director, review conference processes, source data, and key performance indicators regularly
- Suggest new conference operational efficiencies and processes
- Maintain accurate records of all conference revenue and expenses and generate reconciled financial reports as requested
- Manage and execute complete exhibitor and convention set-up processes
- Communications
- Manage sponsorship and advertising packages, benefits tracking, and related marketing in collaboration with the Digital and Creative Director
- Research, obtain, and order samples of branded conference signage and other promotional items
- Plan, organize, schedule, and execute annual conference e-blasts, news, articles, and related content in collaboration with the Communications Department
- Provide support to the Digital and Creative Director in developing and executing the conference marketing and branding strategy
- Program
- Take direction from and support the Director of Programmatic Impact in obtaining presentation and keynote proposals from presenters via BehaviorLive
- Communicate directly with presenters as appropriate (e.g., logistical questions, room reservations)
- In collaboration with the Director of Programmatic Impact, co-construct the conference schedule and venue room assignments
- Support the program team in processing continuing education certificates as requested
- Project Support
- Manage discrete, interdepartmental projects as directed by the Operations Director
- Agency Marketing / Giveaway Ordering
- In collaboration with the Digital and Creative Director, manage agency marketing/giveaway procurement, organization, tracking, and distribution of products/items
- Events
- Collaborate with other agency departments to support and manage non-Annual Conference event logistics as the need arises
- Attend agency events as appropriate
- Maintain all relevant professional standards, including ethics, confidentiality, and applicable certifications and licenses.
- Represent Autism New Jersey in the community where appropriate.
- Participate in agency events and any other activities as directed by your supervisor.
- Collaborate with other departments on various projects to support the mission and vision of Autism New Jersey.
- Provide superior customer service by phone, email and in person.

- This is a 40-hour per week position that is exempt from overtime rules. The work week is typically Monday – Friday 8am-5pm and subject to approval by the Executive Director. The schedule may occasionally include weekends and evenings and vary depending on the needs of the agency.
