Role Description

King Investments is seeking a full-time Groundskeeper to maintain and improve the appearance and functionality of its properties. The role is on-site and located in Kearney, NE. The Groundskeeper will be responsible for landscaping tasks such as mowing, weeding, planting, pruning, and watering. Other duties include general maintenance, snow removal, trash collection, and ensuring outdoor spaces are clean, safe, and visually appealing. The role plays a critical part in preserving the excellence and safety of properties managed by King Investments.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping, gardening, or lawn care, including skills in mowing, weeding, planting, and pruning
• Basic maintenance and repair skills, including handling outdoor tools and equipment
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, such as lifting, bending, and operating machinery
• Knowledge of basic safety standards and the ability to ensure property cleanliness and safety
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work in various weather conditions
• Prior experience in property maintenance is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
