We are working with a high-growth fintech that is already powering thousands of financial institutions and is now scaling its partnerships function into a core revenue engine.
This is not a maintenance role. It is an opportunity to take an existing partner base, deepen it commercially, and build a high-impact function that drives real revenue.

The Role
- This is a player coach position sitting at the centre of revenue.
- You will own and evolve an existing partner ecosystem, working closely with key partners to drive deeper engagement, stronger commercial alignment, and measurable revenue growth.
- Alongside this, you will define the partnerships strategy, build scalable systems and playbooks, and hire and develop a high-performing team.
- You will work directly with partner sales teams, embedding into their workflows to ensure the platform is understood, positioned correctly, and consistently sold.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic and channel partnerships
- Drive partner sourced revenue through co selling initiatives
- Identify and execute cross sell and upsell opportunities across the partner network
- Build deep relationships with partner sales teams and leadership
- Embed into partner go to market motions and joint sales activity
- Develop scalable partner playbooks, enablement, and onboarding frameworks
- Source and close new high-value partnerships where needed
- Track pipeline, partner performance, and revenue contribution through HubSpot
- Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing to maximise impact
- Hire, mentor, and scale a high-performing partnerships team
What They Are Looking For
- Experience in partnerships, business development, or revenue roles within fintech, SaaS, or financial services
- Proven track record of driving revenue through partnerships, including co selling, cross sell, and upsell
- Experience building or scaling a partner ecosystem in a high-growth environment
- Strong understanding of how financial institutions evaluate and adopt technology solutions
- Experience owning or influencing pipeline, revenue targets, and commercial outcomes
- Hands-on approach with the ability to operate both strategically and tactically
- Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM to manage partner pipeline and reporting
Ideal Background
- Experience in channel partnerships or partner ecosystem development
- Exposure to risk, compliance, fraud, identity, KYB, or data platforms
- Background working with banks, lenders, or payments companies
- Experience in Series A to C or similarly fast-scaling businesses
- This role suits someone who has already operated in a high-growth fintech or SaaS environment and understands how partnerships convert into revenue.

Package
- Base salary 250000 to 300000 USD plus commission (OTE 450000/500000)
