What You'll Do

• Help manage outbound email campaigns for real clients
• Learn how to write and test cold email copy that actually gets replies
• Run A/B tests on subject lines, messaging, and send timing
• Join client calls and see how campaign results are presented and discussed
• Get hands-on with professional tools (Clay, Prospeo, Apollo, PlusVibe, and more)

Who We're Looking For

• You're curious about cold email and outbound marketing and want to learn it for real
• You're self-driven, AI-curious, and tech-savvy - new tools don't intimidate you
• Your written and spoken English is excellent
• You're available 1 PM – 9 PM EET (our clients are US-based)
• No prior experience needed - just genuine interest and a willingness to put in the work
