We are looking for a Process Specialist to join our Smart Infrastructure Organization.

What You'll Do:

• Drive Digital Transformation: You'll be at the forefront of analyzing data from various tools, generating insightful reports, and proposing innovative ideas to significantly improve our digitalization and automation KPIs
• Process Optimization: Collaborate closely with our Process Officer to drive impactful projects focused on automating and digitalizing key processes. This will involve coordinating with diverse partners across different business units and countries.
• Technical Support & Resolution: Become a go-to expert, responding to technical inquiries related to essential systems like SAP and our STEP-product database from international colleagues. You'll provide timely resolutions, often coordinating with our HQ experts.
• Innovate with AI & Tools: Leverage your interest and experience with AI and various tools to identify new opportunities and implement solutions that enhance our operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

• Educational Background: A degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply!
• Analytical Mindset: A keen interest in data analysis and the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Tech-Savvy & AI Enthusiast: Demonstrated interest or experience in working with AI concepts and various digital tools.
• Communication and Language Skills: Excellent communication skills, particularly in a multi-cultural environment, to collaborate effectively with colleagues globally. Fluency English is a must. German language skills are a significant advantage.
• Proactive & Eager to Learn: A self-starter who is eager to learn new technologies, take ownership of tasks, and contribute to a fast-paced environment.
