Our client is a leading Trans Pacific Private Equity investment fund which focuses on industries at a strategic inflection point.
They are a leading middle market player specifically in the industrial, healthcare, consumer, business/financial services, and technology sectors. They have a particular niche in AI hardware and data center value chains.
They wish to hire a talented Associate level hire to join their team;
- The candidate must have prior Private Equity experience of 2-4 years
- Total experience should be 3-6 years
- They must speak native/fluent Mandarin
- They should be familiar with both growth and buyout deals (and the interview process will involve building a complex LBO model from scratch)
- Generalists or domain specialists in Industrials, Consumer, Business Services and Hardware and Biotech are all of interest
