Executive Assistant to Group CFO


1. Strategic & Business Management Support

  • Act as a trusted and thought partner to the Group CFO on strategic, financial, and organizational matters.
  • Support preparation for Board, Audit Committee, and Executive Committee meetings, including agenda setting, narrative coherence, and decision framing.
  • Translate CFO priorities into clear action plans, ensuring disciplined execution and follow‑up across Finance and key enterprise stakeholders.
  • Conduct ad‑hoc analyses and briefing papers on critical topics such as performance trends, capital allocation, cost optimization, and transformation initiatives.


2. Enterprise Coordination & Leadership Cadence

  • Orchestrate the CFO’s operating rhythm, including leadership meetings, global reviews, and strategic offsites.
  • Act as the central coordination point between the CFO and Finance Leadership Team (FLT), as well as Corporate functions such as Strategy, HR, Legal, and Investor Relations.
  • Track and manage enterprise‑level commitments, risks, and escalations on behalf of the CFO.
  • Ensure alignment across regions and business units in a matrixed, global environment.


3. Financial Governance & Transformation Enablement

  • Support major Finance initiatives (e.g., AI enablement, operating model transformation, shared services evolution, policy harmonization).
  • Help drive consistency, governance discipline, and standardization across global Finance processes.
  • Monitor progress of strategic programs, highlight delivery risks, and proactively intervene where required.


4. Executive Communications & Stakeholder Management

  • Draft and refine executive‑level communications, including leadership messages, Board materials, investor‑adjacent narratives, and internal Finance communications.
  • Represent the CFO in selected forums and working sessions when appropriate, ensuring continuity of intent and outcomes.
  • Manage sensitive, confidential information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.


5. Executive Enablement & Prioritization

  • Proactively manage the CFO’s agenda, priorities, and decision pipeline in a fast‑paced, high‑ambiguity environment.
  • Anticipate issues and prepare the CFO with concise, insight‑driven briefs.
  • Partner closely with the C-suites and EA network to ensure seamless execution across geographies and time zones.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred.
  • 8–12+ years of experience in Finance, Strategy, Consulting, Business Operations, Investment Banking, or Chief of Staff roles within large, complex organizations.
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance, financial governance, and performance management in a multinational environment.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting C‑suite or top‑team executives.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in matrixed, cross‑cultural, global organizations.
  • Exceptional analytical, structuring, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into executive‑level insights.
