Business Analyst

Overview

We are looking for a proactive and outgoing Business Analyst (1–3 years' experience) to bridge the gap between business goals and technical execution. You will take ownership of requirements for SaaS and Logistics projects while gaining hands-on exposure to AI (Gemini) and Web 3.0 technologies. Responsibilities

• End-to-End Requirements: Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into functional specs and Jira tasks.
• Technical Liaison: Act as the primary bridge between business and engineering teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Data & Insights: Turn data into actionable business plans and dashboards.
• Innovation & AI: Identify opportunities to integrate AI (Gemini) and Web 3.0 into our product ecosystem.
• Delivery Management: Participate in Scrum meetings, assist with roadmaps, and manage external vendors.

Requirements

• Education: Degree in CS, Info Systems, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years in a BA or similar role; Agile/Scrum experience is essential. (Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply)
• Languages: Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Mindset & Personality: * Proactive & Outgoing: Naturally social and eager to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ownership: A strong sense of responsibility and the ability to drive projects independently from start to finish.
• Resilience: Comfortable and effective in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills (Plus)

• Data Tools: Proficiency in SQL, Python, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Modern Tech: Exposure to AI/LLMs and Web 3.0/Blockchain concepts.
• Industries: Experience in SaaS, Logistics, or FinTech.
