岗位职责:

  • 1、统筹全渠道网点布局，包括布局策略设计、网点标准制定、多覆盖模式探索及整体布局定期复盘
  • 2、负责网点的网格划分及日常运营，包括客户地址保鲜、划分规则制定、划分算法迭代、网点覆盖区域调整及机构和网点的1v1沟通核定
  • 3、负责社区地图构建，包括对接数据获取、推动数据队伍侧应用及供应商能力评估
  • 4、统筹与网格划分相关的数字化平台业务需求，包括网点管理平台及模型平台的需求梳理、开发上线推动及运营优化

岗位要求:

  • 1、本科及以上学历，统计学、数学、计算机相关专业优先，理科背景优先
  • 2、3年以上数据分析相关工作经验，有保险公司从业经验优先
  • 熟悉SQL，python等常用数据分析工具和语言，熟练掌握常用统计3、分析方法和统计学习模型，熟练掌握Excel操作
