VinWorld is hiring a Business Development Manager to join our fast-growing domestic transportation division in Clark, NJ.
This is a high-impact leadership role focused on developing new business opportunities, expanding our domestic presence across the U.S., and helping shape the long-term commercial direction of our growing operations division.
We are looking for someone with a true hunter mentality who also understands how to bring structure, leadership, and market perspective into a scaling environment.
💼 The Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving commercial growth while helping build and strengthen our domestic transportation strategy.
Day to day, you will:
- Develop and grow relationships with U.S.-based shippers
- Identify opportunities across FTL, LTL, drayage, and intermodal transportation
- Build, manage, and strategically grow a pipeline of new business
- Lead high-level conversations around pricing, service gaps, operational challenges, and transportation strategy
- Partner closely with carrier sales and operations teams to ensure successful execution
- Support the development of internal sales structure, processes, and market direction
- Help mentor and guide junior sales talent as the division continues to grow
- Drive revenue growth through both relationship-building and aggressive business development activity
- Represent VinWorld as a long-term logistics partner, not simply a transactional provider

🔎 Who We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in domestic transportation sales or business development
- Background within a freight brokerage, 3PL, or transportation provider
- Strong understanding of FTL, LTL, drayage, and intermodal transportation markets
- Proven ability to develop and close new business opportunities
- Experience managing strategic customer relationships
- Leadership mindset with the ability to help shape process and direction
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Highly driven, resilient, and comfortable operating in a fast-growth environment
