Responsibility
- Lead client blueprint sessions to define workflows and accurately capture business requirements
- Coordinate with HQ product teams to translate client needs into development requests and new features
- Finalize technical blueprints and API specifications to ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Lead interface design meetings to ensure seamless integration with client systems
- Define and execute UAT test cases to validate system functionality against client expectations
- Maintain and update standard documentation for all systems ensuring strict quality control
- Conduct training sessions and share case studies to upskill EU teams and enhance collective expertise
- Provide technical consulting and support during the pre-sales phase to drive system adoption
Required capabilities, and skills
- Understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Warehouse Execution Systems (WES), including configuration capabilities
- Familiarity with warehouse automation equipment such as AGV/AMR, PLC, conveyor
- The functional ability to convert business requirements into functional specifications to guide software design and testing
- Skilled in utilizing system tools including databases, Linux, APIs, and simulation platforms
- Insight into logistics-intensive business processes (e.g., e-commerce, retail, 3PL, automotive)
- With valid work permit. Bachelor degree or above, major in logistics, mechanical related or similar industry experience is preferred
- Fluent in spoken and written English to meet daily and business communication needs

- With driver's license
- Have a sense of responsibility, work conscientiously and responsibly
- Ability to prioritize multiple complex situations to deliver successful results
- Outstanding resilience, capable of maintaining composure in fast-paced work environments
