The Patient Access Manager, CEE - Business Development & Alliance Management is responsible for driving and coordinating market access strategies for partner products in the CEE region, ensuring clear and realistic access pathways and aligned internal priorities. Requirements - University degree - Experience in Market Access / P&R / HTA within pharma, understanding of CEE reimbursement systems - Experience with partnered products or alliance structures preferred - Strong understanding of pricing & reimbursement processes, payer environment and government affairs/policy/advocacy - Multi-stakeholder project management and leadership experience, with demonstrated ability to deliver results on time and within budget - Knowledge of health system and healthcare decision making, including regulatory, safety, legal and compliance environment - Excellent collaboration and influencing skills - Ability to manage complex, matrixed interactions - Ability to identify compelling ways to demonstrate and communicate product value to payers/stakeholders
