Responsibilities:

1. Data monitoring and insight discovery

· Conducts daily monitoring and analysis of overseas last mile logistics chain data, maintains high sensitivity to core performance indicators (timeliness, quality, experience), and can proactively identify potential problems and optimization opportunities from data fluctuations and trends.

2. Problem diagnosis and root cause location

· For operational anomalies and performance biases, it can quickly pinpoint key data dimensions, conduct multidimensional drilling and correlation analysis, and pinpoint the root cause of the problem.

3. Exception Response and Resolution Push

· Lead or collaborate in the handling of unexpected operational events and develop and implement short-term responses to ensure operational stability. At the same time, we should promote long-term improvement measures to prevent the recurrence of problems.

4. Solution Design and Output

· Produce actionable operational optimization proposals or process improvement recommendations based on in-depth data analysis, and track the impact of their implementation, creating a closed loop.

5. Cross-team writing

· As the core interface for logistics data and operational insights, efficiently collaborate with middle office, customer service, product and business teams to provide data interpretation and operational advice, driving cross-departmental efficiency gains and improved customer experience.

[Job Requirements]

1.Bachelor's and higher degrees in logistics, supply chain management, data analysis, business analysis or related disciplines.

2. Core competence requirements (key examinations)

· Data Sensitivity and Analytical Capabilities

· Good at spotting patterns, abnormalities, and opportunities in huge amounts of operational data.

· The logical ability to turn nebulous business problems into analytical, verifiable data problems.

· Master basic data analysis methods and statistics.

· Problem solving and motivation

· Competencies in project management and cross-departmental coordination to implement solutions.

· Have a strong interest in the details of the logistics business and a willingness to delve deep into the operational logic of the various stages of the end-journey.

· Can quickly learn new tools, new market rules, and industry best practices.
