Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales data and performance trends across modern trade channels
- Evaluate effectiveness of promotions and marketing programs
- Monitor customer behavior and purchasing patterns
- Identify opportunities to improve product performance and sales growth
- Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations for management
- Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Trade Marketing teams
- Support ad-hoc analysis and business improvement projects
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Statistics / Mathematics / Information Systems / Industrial Engineering / Data Science / Business / Marketing Analytics or other related fields
- Minimum 1–2 years experience as Data Analyst / Business Analyst / Sales Analyst
- Proficient in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other reporting/analytics tools (e.g., Google Sheets, SQL is a plus)
- Strong understanding of modern trade / retail business is an advantage
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Able to work with attention to detail while still maintaining a big-picture business perspective
- High curiosity and strong interest in understanding data patterns and market behavior
- Able to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities quickly
