Salary: £14.17 per hour

Hours: Part time - 24 hours a week

Shift Times: 07:45am - 20:15pm

Located on the outskirts of East Northamptonshire, Abbott House provides a 40 bed residential care home for the elderly and is situated near the picturesque market town of Oundle

Job Responsibilities

As a Support Worker you will be responsible for promoting physical and emotional support to our lovely service users. The will include, but not limited to:

• Providing person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan
• Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene
• Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents
• Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion
• Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day-to-day duties
• Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment
