In this role, you will be the engine behind our growth narrative, shaping campaigns, building our brand, and creating content that positions Kreditz as the European leader in next-generation financial decisioning. You will work cross-functionally with sales, product, tech, and leadership to craft a unified message that drives pipeline, revenue, and awareness.
This is a hands-on, strategic, and highly collaborative role where you’ll have real ownership and influence from day one.

Go-to-Market & Campaigns
- Own go-to-market plans for key products and segments - from insight and ideation to launch and measurement
- Build and run integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels that drive qualified pipeline and revenue
- Lead performance marketing with a focus on ABM and LinkedIn
- Create compelling content across the entire funnel: articles, blogs, newsletters, whitepapers, product one-pagers, sales decks, customer stories, demo scripts, and more
- Shape a consistent brand narrative based on our ICPs and thought leadership
- Drive PR activities together with the leadership team
- Own SEO and SEM strategy and execution
- Manage website development, QA, publishing, content operations, and performance (together with agency partners)
- Plan and execute events, webinars, seminars end-to-end
- Lead partnerships and community presence (e.g., Kreditföreningen, CredMa)
- Own marketing automation including lead scoring, workflows, dashboards, segmentation, and reporting
- Manage GA4, HubSpot, tracking, lead routing and budgets
- Work closely with Sales Enablement to shape the buyer journey and improve conversion
- Run structured test-and-learn processes: hypotheses, experimentation, insights, and next steps
We Believe That You Have:
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in fintech, financial services or SaaS
- A proven track record building pipeline with integrated campaigns and content that converts
- Strong storytelling and copywriting skills - you make complex topics simple, human, and actionable
- Comfort with creating product collateral and light video scripts (with support from agency teams)
- Hands-on knowledge of marketing automation, CRM, and analytics
- Proficiency in HubSpot
- Experience operating in a scaleup environment where you both plan and execute
- A collaborative, low-ego, hands-on approach - you enjoy working with sales, product, and partners
- Fluency in Swedish and English
- Experience in FinTech, SaaS, or a high-growth tech environment
- Knowledge of Open Banking/PSD2
