Workster is partnering with one of the world’s leading customer experience providers to recruit motivated Operations Manager who want to work in an international environment in Germany, Stuttgart.

We’re looking for an Operations Manager to join a Launch Operations team and help scale end-to-end processes in the electric bike space.

Your role:

• Lead and develop warehouse associates and e-bike mechanics

• Own and continuously improve key operational processes

• Use data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and drive optimization

• Manage relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners

• Design and implement processes to enhance customer experience and efficiency

• Build operational tools, dashboards, and reporting

• Collaborate cross-functionally to support rapid growth

Your profile:

• 3–5 years of experience in Operations, Consulting, Finance, or similar

• Strong academic background (Engineering, Business, Logistics, or related)

• Fluent in German and strong English skills

• Hands-on leadership experience in operational environments

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills

• Detail-oriented with a passion for operational excellence

• Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments
