Position: Mobile Cleaning Operative Position at Ottimo Property Services (NE8 area)

Location: Multiple Developments - St James Village - Newcastle

Working Hours: 2 days per week 16 hours total

Salary: £10,575.00

Job Description

  • Regularly emptying and clearing rubbish
  • Replacing any failed light bulbs
  • Reporting all maintenance issues to head office
  • Mopping, dusting, vacuuming
  • Cleaning of communal areas such as lobbies, stairwells, and landings

Qualifications And Skills

  • Candidates for this position should have the following skills and qualifications: Full valid UK Driving Licence. You will require to drive to st james village and be able to take cleaning equipment with you to site fuel costs will be paid
  • Be able to demonstrate good organisational skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong sense of time keeping.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
